Prior
to joining BCP,
Wayne spent a significant portion of his banking career
at Montgomery Securities (now Banc of America Securities) and Needham
& Company, where he advised technology and life sciences
clients in
a variety of strategic transactions and public and private capital
raises. Wayne began his career at IBM as a systems engineer and also
worked at J.P. Morgan in both New York and London. He holds a
BA
in
History and a minor in Computer Science from Trinity College and an MBA
from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University. Wayne
is a
Series 7, 63 and 24 license holder.
