Prior
to co-founding
BCP, Tom was the head of Needham & Company’s
Software practice on the East Coast, focusing on multiple sectors
including enterprise applications, infrastructure software and
Internet. Tom joined Needham & Company in 1998 and before
focusing
on software worked in a variety of sectors within technology. He has a
broad range of advisory experience working on both sides of M&A
transactions, raising public and private equity and providing advisory
services to senior management and boards. Preceding Needham &
Company, Tom worked in Corporate Finance at J.P. Morgan and in Equity
Research at First Call, a division of Thomson Financial. He
holds a BA from Hobart College and an MBA from Babson College.
