Steven's background is a complementary blend of financial services and high technology. Since 2003, Steven has been President & CEO of Auspice Corporation, a leading provider of Service Assurance Software Solutions to the Communications Industry. While at Auspice he repositioned the business from a services company to a software solutions provider. Prior to Auspice, Steven was a Managing Director and Research Analyst in Robertson Stephens' Information Technology Group, where he built a $50 million practice and was recognized by Institutional Investor and Reuters as one of the top technology analysts in America. He was also one of the founding members of Hambrecht & Quist's Internet Practice, one of the earliest on Wall Street. Steven has more than 60 public offerings and private company transactions to his credit. Earlier, he held various positions in Credit, Public & Governmental Affairs and Audit at Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. He holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley and is a CPA.
