Robert
has worked for
20 years as an executive in and advisor to technology-enabled
companies. In 1995, Robert co-founded and was President of Predictive
Systems, a network technology services company that grew to be the
leader in its sector with more than 800 employees worldwide. In
addition to his business development responsibilities, Robert co-led
the company's M&A and financing activities, including three
successful acquisitions, raising the initial venture capital rounds,
securing an institutional investment from Cisco, and executing
successful IPO and follow-on offerings on NASDAQ. Most recently, Robert
has been advising technology startup companies on refining their
business models, securing funding, and building their management teams.
He holds a BS in Computer Science from New York University. |
