Malcolm has 17 years combined experience as an investor and executive in IT, software and services companies. He has led teams in strategy, planning, corporate development, finance and operations. Prior to joining Bulger Capital, Malcolm held management positions in Microsoft’s Windows Desktop and Windows Mobile divisions from 2003-2007. Before Microsoft, Malcolm was a Vice President at Providence Equity Partners where he invested a growth fund targeting the communications and media industries. Malcolm also was Vice President of Corporate Development for Verio, a communications services company sold to NTT for $6 billion. He holds a BS in Computer Science from the University of Southern California and a JD from Boston College.
