Karen focuses on working with companies in the technology, technology-enabled, and business services sectors. Prior to joining Bulger Capital, Karen was an investment professional at TA Associates where she was deeply involved in sourcing, analyzing, conducting diligence, and closing investments in middle market growth companies, including the successful sourcing and closing of deals worth $250 million in transaction value. Karen also has operating experience as a Business Development professional at Rearden Commerce, identifying critical partnership opportunities and negotiating agreements to tie these partners into Rearden’s web-based services platform. Karen started her career in Robertson Stephen’s technology banking group. She holds an AB from Harvard University.
