While we work with companies across a number of different industries, our typical portfolio companies have the following characteristics:

• $5 – 50 million revenue
• $2 – 10 million EBITDA
• Defensible market position
• Strong gross and/or operating margins
• Software or technology-enabled services focus

Transaction Profile
We strive to be flexible and creative in structuring each transaction to fit the needs of individual situations.  Typically our investments do, however, share a few fundamental characteristics:

• Minimum $5 million equity investment
• Significant minority or majority position
• Active participation on the Board of Directors
