As an investment banker and venture capitalist, Chris has spent 19 years leading private and public financings and M&A transactions for companies in the technology and services industries. Immediately prior to founding Bulger Capital, Chris spent three years as a senior partner at Needham & Company where he headed the technology banking group. Chris established himself as a leading growth investment banker at Robertson Stephens where he was a member of the Management Committee, ran the firm’s Boston office, and was the global he ad of Technology & Services Investment Banking. As a senior partner, he helped lead the firm from $300 million in revenues to over $1 billion. He has been involved in over 100 transactions around the globe for clients such as IBM, Cognizant Technology Solutions, Knight Securities, Infosys and e*Trade. Chris has also worked as a venture capitalist, management consultant and systems engineer. He holds a BS in Engineering from Boston University and an MBA from Yale University.
