Investment Banking Analyst

POSITION
Bulger Capital is seeking an entry-level investment banking analyst to join the firm. The analyst will work with senior professionals in a marketing and execution capacity, using analytical, communication and research skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create financial models and perform valuation analyses
• Perform industry analyses and uncover industry trends
• Help develop and prepare client presentations
• Draft offering documents
• Independently contact prospective clients as part of an initial screening process
• Interact with clients as a sole representative of the firm

• Superior academic performance
• Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrable experience with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to work within a small, un-bureaucratic organization where flexibility and initiative are standards
• Desire to work in an entrepreneurial environment where learning and skills development are accomplished on the job (not in a training program) with experienced investment banking professionals
